基于 U G 的注塑模尺寸公差自动标注

摘要:考虑到注塑模公差的设计影响注塑模设计的精度,使用 U G/ OPEN 基于 U G NX 开
发了注塑模尺寸公差标注系统,实现了注塑模尺寸公差的标准化,并采用 U G 中用户自定义对
象来实现尺寸公差的自动更新,以减少标注公差的失误,有利于提高注塑模设计效率和标
准化。

Automatic Mark of Dimensional Tolerance for Injection Mold Based on UG

Abstract : The design of dimensional tolerance affect s t he p recision of injection mold design. In
t his paper ,t he system of dimensional tolerance mark for injection mold is developed and t he standardi
zation of dimensional tolerance is st udied and analyzed. Automatic update of dimensional tolerances
when dimensions are modified is realized by user defined object in U G. It p roves t hat the system can
help to improve t he design efficiency and standardization of injection molds.
