200 米液压钻机主要用于钻探各种深度为 200 米左右的各种角度的各类
用途的孔,可在不同硬度的岩石中钻孔,而在煤层、软岩石中钻孔以及在农
田打井时效率最高。钻机组成主要分为回转器、绞车、变速箱、机架、操作
仪。在本次的设计中主要对回转器部分进行了分析创新设计,通过了结构合
理性分析及各强度的较核验算。对钻机整体进行了设计,通过最后设计结果,
满足了初定的设计要求。该项目的成功设计,有效满足了由于 150 米钻机不
能完成的钻探探测任务,为新型的探测作出了有力准备,填补了目前的空白。
在设计中加入和优化设计理论和绿色设计理论,使得操作者减轻了劳动强度,
考虑了油的各种泄露问题,对环境减轻了甚至免去了污染,符合新型设计理
论。

Abstract 
200 meters liquid presses drill machine is mainly used to drill to explore 
various depth as 200 meters any kind of angle of bore . It can drill a hole in the 
rock of different degrees of hardness. Drilling a hole in the coal seam, soft rock 
and in the farmland beat the well time and limited efficacy rate . the Drillling 
machine constitutes is divided in to turn round a machine, winch and e 
soon a box, machine and operates an instrument. Main carried on an analytical 
innovation design towards turning round the machine part in the design ,by the 
structure rationality an analytical and each strength to check to calculate more. 
Carried on a design towards drilling machine wholly, pass an end the design 
result, satisfy a beginning settle of design request. The essful design of that 
item, satisfied effectively to drill machine and can'plete because of 150 
meters of drill and explore mission, in order to probe in to make emollient 
preparation newly, fill up current blank. Join in the design with excellent turn 
design the theories and green to design theories, make the operation ease labor 
strength, considering oil of various reveal a problem and ease to the environment 
to even avoid a pollution, match new design theories.
