双通道直线振动筛是目前我国煤炭企业使用率较高的一种振动筛。双通道直线振动筛也广泛应用于冶金、煤炭、化工、耐火、水泥、陶瓷、建材、粮食、矿山、建材、电力等各行各业中,用于对各种物料不同程度的分级要求作业。双通道直线振动筛采用双电机带动两根轴,两根轴做反向同步回转,从而使偏心块也做反向同步回转,产生离心力,使筛箱产生振动。筛箱振动使物料产生向前和向下两个方向的运动,从而使物料在筛面上便沿着与这个方向成一定角度的抛挣和筛分。主要通过对短轴,偏心块,筛框的设计,对轴承的选取和校核,对轴的校核等来完成直线振动筛的设计。传统的振动筛的设计,筛子筛框、横梁的等尺寸过大,整机重量过大,所需激振力及相应激振器的尺寸也过大,会带来零部件易损坏,整机的可靠性和寿命降低等许多问题。因此研究双通道的结构,可较好地解决振动筛大型化所带来的问题
