摘要
建设项目管理是为实现项目投资、进度、质量目标而进行的全过程、全方位的规划组织、控制和协调工作,内容是研究如何高效益地实现项目目标。鉴于建设项目是一次性的,故项目需系统的观点、理念和方法进行管理,具有全面性、科学性和程序性的特点。当今,社会经济
不断发展,我国的建筑业也得到了蓬勃发展,但是在发展中也存在着不少问题,本文主要就建筑工程管理质量管理、进度管理、成本控制三要素做了简单介绍。并就建筑工程管理中存在的问题给出了相关的建议。
Abstract
Construction project management is to achieve the project investment, progress and quality of the objective of the whole process a full range of planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating the work, the content is to examine how cost-effective to achieve the project objectives. In view of the construction project is a one-time, so the project required the system point of view, ideas and methods of management, with prehensive, scientific and procedural characteristics. Today, the social economic development, China's construction industry has been booming, but there are also in the development of many problems, this paper quality management in construction project management, schedule management, cost control, made a brief introduction to the three elements. And to building project management problems related mendations are given.
