摘要
近年来,随着传感器、电子技术和微机技术的崛起和PLC的发展,配料控制系统在选矿、烧结、水泥制造中得到了广泛的应用。PLC的应用极大地提高了产品的质量和生产效率,在整个配料行业具有广阔的应用前景。配料系统在诸多行业的工业生产过程中占有极其重要的地位,配料工序的合理性、稳定性、准确性以及快速性直接影响到以后各生产环节的顺利进行。调速定量给料秤作为固体物料的连续动态给料计量、定量和配料给料控制设备,是集给料输送、秤重计量和定量控制功能为一体, 机电一体化的连续给料动态计量装置。它主要由秤体、秤重和测速传感器、秤重控制器等组成,随着工业生产过程自动化和企业技术管理现代化,在块、粒、粉体物料的定量给料和配料控制系统广泛应用。虽其工作原理与电子皮带秤基本相同,但其结构、配置、应用场合和设计参数有较大区别,速度传感器及称重传感器取代了机械式皮带秤的相应机构,而对速度、重量信号进行放大处理及实现各种运算都可以放在电子仪表中完成。调速秤以其可靠性高、系统响快、控制精度高, 工作稳定、平稳、污染小等优点,在工业控制领域发挥其重要作用。

Abstract
In recent years, with the sensor, electronic technology puter technology and the rise of the development of PLC, batching control system in ore dressing, sintering, cement manufacturing, has been widely used. The application of PLC greatly improve product quality and production efficiency, in the whole ingredients industry has broad application prospects. Proportioning system in many industries in the process of industrial production occupies an extremely important position, compounding process of rationality, stability, accuracy and rapidity directly affect the production smoothly. Governor of quantitative feeding weigher as solid material continuous dynamic feeding measurement, quantitative and batching feeding control device, is set to the material conveying, weighing metering and quantitative control functions, mechanical and electrical integration of continuous feeding dynamic metering device. It is posed of a balance body, weighing and measuring sensor, weighing controller and ponents, along with industrial production process automation and enterprise technology management modernization, in the block, particle, powder material quantitative material feeding and proportioning control system.
