KGL400型轧盖机的使用和维护
摘要
KGL400型轧盖机是南京固延设备有限公司在消化吸收国际制药包装机械先进生产技术的基础上自主研制开发的高速轧盖设备。该机采用多头单刀式的轧盖形式,该形式具有结构调整简单、维护方便、轧口美观的优点。该机生产能力高、稳定可靠,适用于管制或模制抗生素玻璃瓶复合盖、铝盖的封口等优点。是药厂及科研单位实现自动化作业的理想设备。
本论文从KGL400型轧盖机的设计理念和工作原理出发,系统阐述了该轧盖机的传动机构、戴盖机构、扎盖头机构以及设备的材料。接着详细表述了该设备的安装与调试、使用与操作、变更件的互换操作、常见故障和解决方法、维修保养等几个方面。本文不仅可以作为制药设备公司设计和制造轧盖机的重要数据资料,而且可以作为药厂设备管理人员和生产操作人员以及维修人员的技术手册。此外还可以作为轧盖机的销售人员的培训资料。

ABSTRACT
The KGL400 type capping machine which is independent research and development by Nanjing guyan Co. Ltd is High-speed capping equipment is based on International pharmaceutical packaging machinery advanced production technology. This machine with a long pole type capping form has the characteristics such as easy structure, convenient maintenance, rolling the mouth appearance and so on. This machine is of high production capacity, stable and reliable, is applied sealing to control or molded antibiotic glass posite cover, aluminum cap, etc. It is ideal equipment for automatic operation to achieve panies and research units. The design concept and working principle of the machine cover from KGL400 type rolling, and elaborated systematically the capping machine’s transmission mechanism, Capping mechanism, binding mechanism and equipment covering material. Then described in detail the capping machine’s installation and adjustment, use and operation, swap change parts, common faults and solutions, repair and maintenance and so on. The important data in this paper not only can be used as pharmaceutical equipment design and manufacture of capping machine, But also as a technical manual pharmaceutical equipment management and production personnel and repair personnel.
