基于网络的离线式设备点检管理系统的设计与实现*

摘
要: 针对现代化企业中机械设备复杂性和多样化的发展现状, 构建了一种离线式的网络化设备点检系统。
介绍了系统的整体构架和工作流程, 重点描述了系统中各层的设计和关键性技术。该系统将网络与数据库技术
相结合, 采用三层 C / S 结构的系统架构, 在建立网络化远程诊断和设备点检体系的同时, 将设备管理与底层数据
采集有机融合, 为企业成功开展设备监测提出了详细的实现方案。

Abstract: Due to the development plexity and variety of plant in modern enterprise, an off-line equipment general
check management system based on was built. The configuration and work flow of the system were introduced, in which
the design and implement of every layer were special. The system integrated and database technology, using C/ S mode
configuration, seamlessly connecting between the plant management and data acquisition, so it provided a feasibility and effi-
ciency scheme for off-line monitoring and fault diagnosis mechanical plant in enterprise.
