摘要:循环经济、低碳经济在国民经济中的地位越来越重要,而价值系统又是两者存在和发展的基础,开展价值系统的深入研究对进一步完善相关理论及推动循环经济、低碳经济的发展具有重要意义。本文通过界定循环经济价值网的概念、从微观企业和宏观产业链两个层面分析其内涵特征,初步梳理了这种可持续的价值流通机理,为解决目前“循环不经济”“低碳高成本”的困境、推动我国经济的快速、健康发展提供了一定的理论借鉴。

The recycling economy : study on a theory of Low-carbon

Abstract: Recycling economy and low-carbon economy are getting more and more important to the national economy, and value system is the foundation of their existence and development, so it is very meaningful to study the value system for consummating its theory and promoting their development. This bs this sustainable value flow mechanism initially by defining the recycling economy and analyzing its characteristic in the perspective of enterprise and industrial chain. By all of the work, this paper provides a theoretical reference to solve the problem of “recycling but not economically” and “low-carbon but high cost” in some way, also, this theoretical reference is beneficial for the economy to develop fast and healthy.
