名词已有复数词尾s,加‘。如:teachers’office, two hours’walk
复数名词词尾无s, 加’s。如:men’s room, children’s playground
4.‘s结构通常用于有生命的名词,of结构常用于无生命的名词。
如:my brother’s car, deers’legs(有生命的名词)
The door of room, the legs of the desk(无生命的名词)
’s结构也可表示时间,距离,地名,江河等。
如:China’s population, today’s newspaper
,在最后一个人的名字后加’,则需在各个名字后加’s.
如:This is Peter and Mike’s father. 这是Peter和Mike的爸爸。
These are Peter’s and Mike’s fathers. 这是Peter的爸爸与Mike的爸爸。
