摘要:西安作为世界四大文明古都之一,拥有深厚的历史文化积淀,人力资源充足,通讯产业基础雄厚,具备发展数字内容产业的优势。目前,西安市数字内容产业的发展仍存在诸多不足,在明确和普及数字内容产业概念、完善产业发展规划、健全人才培育机制、加强知识产权保护等方面的工作亟待改善。

A Tentative Study on Countermeasures towards the Development of
Digital Content Industry in Xi'an

Abstract: As one of the great ancient capitals, the city, Xi’an, is blessed with profound cultural-historical accretion, sound human resources, and munications industry foundation, which all advantageously pave the way for the development of digital content industry. However, the status quo concerning the digital content industry in Xi’an relieves a series of drawbacks stemming from the lack of definition and popularization of DCI concepts, anized development planning, unfit talent training mechanism, and lax intellectual property protection. For this reason, this paper, accordingly, comes up with some countermeasures and suggestions to the aforementioned extant problems.
