浅谈合成气压缩机透平 4117-K1T 调速阀
检修及调试方法

摘要: 中国石油宁夏石化公司合成一部的合成气压缩机驱动透平调速阀( 部件号: 4117-K1T 760-03726) , 在 2003
年合成氨装置停车大修以前的检修中从来没有拆检过, 所以一直以来也没有一个具有可操作性的检修及调试依
据。在 2003 年合成氨装置停车大修后, 才对 4117-K1T 调速阀开始摸索检修及调试。文中通过近年来的检修经验
就 4117-K1T 调速阀检修及调试方法等作了一个简要的阐述和总结。

Abstract: The adjusting valve in synthesis gas turbine used in Ningxia Petrochemical Co. had never been disassembled and over-
hauled before 2003, thus, there was no operative rules for repair and adjustment. In 2003, the synthesis ammonia plant was shutdown
and pletely, this adjusting valve was also overhauled. With the experience in recent years, in this article, the methods of
repair and adjustment for this adjusting valve were simply described and summarized.
