摘要
随着现代电子技术的发展,视频监控系统也逐步由模拟走向数字
化。视频监控系统是安防领域中的重要组成部分,是所有安全系统中
最关键的子系统。系统通过遥控摄像机,直接观察被监视场所的情况,
同时可以把被监视场所的情况进行同步录像。另外,视频监控系统还
可以与防盗报警系统等其它安全技术防范体系联动运行,使用户安全
防范能力得到整体的提高。
视频监控系统能在人无法直接观察的场合,适时、清晰、真实地
反映被监视控制对象的画面。视频监控系统已成为在现代化管理中监
控的最为有效的观察工具。视频监控系统是一种全数字化、全网络化
的系统,可以同现有的多媒体系统、控制系统和信息系统集成,方便
地实现数据和信息的共享在控制中心,只要有一个工作人员操作,就
能够观察多个被控区域,以及远距离区域的监控功能。
视频监控系统由实时控制系统、监视系统及管理信息系统组成。
实时控制系统完成实时数据采集处理、存储、反馈的功能;监视系统
完成对各个监控点的全天候的监视,能在多操作控制点上切换多路图
像;管理信息系统完成各类所需信息的采集、接收、回放、加工、处
理,是整个系统的控制核心。
