【摘要】目的探讨CT导引下经皮肺穿刺活检术对明确肺周围性肿块性质的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析46例肺周围性肿块患者临床及病理资料,并总结在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的技术方法,就如何提高穿刺准确性及减少并发症进行讨论。结果 45例获得细胞学标本,39例确诊,%;并发症12例气胸及3例咯血。结论该方法对肺周围性肿块性质的诊断率高,并发症轻,值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT-Guided percutaneous lung cenesis on peripheral lung Through retrospectively analyzed 46 patients′ clinical data and pathologic results to analyze the techniques of percutaneous pucture lung biopsy and discuss how to improve accuracy and Cytology specimens were all gained through 46 cases,39 cases were diagnosed,the essful diagnosis rate was 84. 8%,complications:12 cases were with pneumothorax,3 cases were with CT-Guided percutaneous Lung Cenesis on Peripheral Lung Lesions has the advantage of higher accuracy,positive rate of lung lesions and plications, which deserves clinical application widely.

肺部周围性肿块,纤维支气管镜往往不能到达肿块明确性质,PET-CT虽能提示良恶性,但不能明确病理类型,对临床后续治疗带来一定局限性。CT导引下经皮肺穿刺活检术已广泛应用于临床,尤其对纤维支气管镜无法到达部位肿块的定性尤为适宜,是一种有效、微创的定性方法。本文总结分析我科2008~2012年间46例经皮肺穿刺活检患者的临床资料及
