摘要:研究了以锌泥为原料,采用二氧化碳法制备纳米级氧化锌,重点考察了锌泥乳化、碱锌合成、干燥煅烧等工艺过程,结果表明:锌浆固液比为1/4,反应温度在80℃,,搅拌速度1000 r/m,碳化时间90min,煅烧温度400℃,煅烧时间120min,得到的纳米级氧化锌产品粒径小于50nm,比表面积在50m2/g以上,应用该工艺建成了一套3000t/a的生产装置。

Preparation of nano-zinc oxide by carbon dioxide technique and production practice

Abstract:The paper researched a carbonizing method to prepare nano- zinc oxide using zinc oxide mud as raw material. The main process includes emulsifying of raw material, carbonizing reaction, preparing the intermediate zinc hydroxyl carbonate, drying and experiment condition includes solid-liquid ratio of slurry, reaction temperature, pressure, carbonizing reaction time, and calcining temperature and time of zinc hydroxyl carbonate. The best experiment condition is as follow: solid-liquid ratio:1/4, reaction temperature: 80℃, reaction pressure: , reaction time: 90minutes, stirring speed: 1000r/m, calcining temperature: 400℃, calcining time: 120minutes. It has been found that particle size is less than 50 nm, the main content about 95%. It is shown that the carbonizing method mentioned is a potential way to prepare nano- zi
