摘要
中小企业在我国经济社会发展中发挥着不可替代的作用,却处于融资弱势的不对称地位,融资约束已成为制约中小企业发展的瓶颈。因此,对中小企业融资问题进行深入研究,分析中小企业自身存在问题和制约中小企业融资的因素,为中小企业融资找出新的出路,对促进中小企业的发展起着至关重要的作用。解决中小企业融资难的问题,需要政府大胆借鉴国外经验,尽快完善并落实各项针对中小企业的融资支持措施,建立中小企业的信用担保体系。本文首先通过对我国中小企业融资中存在的问题的分析,从而找出中小企业融资困难的问题所在,进一步研究这些问题找到有效可行的解决办法,促进中小企业的发展。

ABSTRABC
Small and medium-sized enterprises in our country's economic and social development plays an irreplaceable role, but in a asymmetric financing weak position, has e the bottleneck of restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises financing constraints. For small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems, therefore, an in-depth study and analysis of small and medium-sized enterprise own existence question and the restriction factors of small and medium-sized enterprise financing, financing for small and medium enterprises to find new ways, to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises play a vital role. Solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties, need the government boldly draw lessons from foreign experience, improve and implement as soon as possible in view of the small and medium-sized e
