【摘要】采用PBL教学法与LBL教学法,对2009级临床医学专业学生的《医学微生物学》课程和2008级临床医学专业学生《皮肤性病学》、《传染病学》课程教学进行对比研究。PBL组教学效果测试成绩分数高于LBL组。PBL教学法应用于教学过程,教学效果较好,能培养大学生自觉学习、自我管理能力,有利于全面素质的提升。

【Abstrsct】Problem-based learning (PBL) and lecture-based learn (LBL) were used to teach medical microbiology to students in the Class of 2009 and to teach dermatovenereology and epidemiology to students of the Class of 2008 who majored in clinical medicine. The effectiveness of the two approaches was pared. In terms of exam performance, the PBL groups did better then the LBL groups. PBL had a positive effect on exam performance ,and it was good for college students to cultivate their self-conscious learning ability and self-management ability and improve prehensive quality.
