[摘要] 目的:在口腔正畸学教学LBL中引入以标准病例为基础的PBL教学模式,探讨其教学效果。方法:通过问卷调查评价教学效果,并与完全采用LBL教学模式的上一年级学生成绩比较。结果:85%以上的学生认为以标准病例为基础的PBL教学模式适合自己,能提升学习兴趣,培养独立思考和解决问题的能力;同时提高了学生成绩,学生分数明显高于上一年级,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<)。结论:在口腔正畸学教学中将以标准病例为基础的PBL教学模式与LBL教学模式相结合的效果优于单纯LBL教学模式。

[Abstract] OBJECTIVE: to explore the teaching effect of the new bining standardized case-based PBL with LBL in orthodontics teaching. METHODS: to evaluate the teaching effect of PBL using survey paring their score with the last grades taught in LBL. RESULTS: More than 85% of the students thought the standardized case-based PBL was suitable for themselves, was helpful to increase their study motivations, to improve their abilities to think about and solve problems independently. The students taught in new bining standardized case-based PBL with LBL got higher score than those taught in LBL. CONCLUSION: Standardized case-based bined with LBL was better than the pure LBL.
