摘要薄板样条插值是应用较多的弹性配准方法。深入研究了这种方法,并就此方法的不足,采用薄板样条归一化弹性近似策略,减少了因标记点定位带来的配准误差,提出了在插值过程中加入邻近插值、加权插值的混合插值方法,同时边界处理等改进策略,使得薄板样条插值具有可靠的平滑性。

Abstract: Thin place spline interpolation, mon used method for elastic registration, is deeply studied. For the disadvantages of the method, using the normalized elastic thin spline approximate strategy to reduce the error of registration from marker point location. Adjacent interpolation and weighted interpolation are added to the process of interpolation. In addition, proposed boundary treatment strategies, making spline interpolation has reliable smoothness.
