摘要随着政府部门和企业的信息化的进一步深入,LIMS的应用领域也愈来愈广,其已经成为现代化实验室管理不可或缺的工具。但是一个成功的LIMS实施,才能为用户带来效益。影响LIMS实施成功的因素很多,仪器数据的自动获取就是其中重要的因素之一。本文就从仪器数据获取以及仪器数据应用方面提出了一些方案,以保证LIMS仪器接口的成功实施。

Abstract With the development of information technology in government and enterprise, the LIMS application fields e wider and wider. LMIS has already e an indispensably tool for laboratory management. However, only a essful LIMS implementation can bring the benefits to customers. There are a lot of items that might affect the essful LIMS implementation and instrument interface is one of them. Certain solutions about the instrument data retrieval and applications are presented in this article to guarantee the essful LIMS implementation.

LIMS即“Laboratory Information Management Systems”的缩写,也就是实验室信息系统管理系统。LIMS将实验室的分析仪器通过计算机网络连起来,采用科学的管理思想和先进的数据库及软件技术,实现以实验室为核心的整体环境的全方位管理。它集样品管理,资源管理,事务管理,网络管理,数据管理(采集、传输、处理、输出、发布、分析),报表管理等诸多模块为一体,组成一套完整的实验室
