【摘要】目的:评价置管溶栓术在下肢急性动脉栓塞中的安全性与疗效。方法:选择21例单侧股动脉以下急性下肢动脉栓塞患者,分别行置管溶栓术。并随访30d,分析其溶栓时间、并发症和临床疗效。结果:所有病例都完成30d随访,%, h (4–120h),无1例死亡。±,± ,±。结论:置管溶栓是治疗下肢急性动脉栓塞疾病的一种创伤小,疗效好、畅通率高的治疗方法。

[Abstact] Objective :To evaluate the safety and efficacy of catheter directed thrombolytic therapy (CDT) in acute arterial embolism of lower :21 consecutive patients with acute arterial embolism of lower limbs were treated by PTA by catheter directed thrombolytic therapy and followed 1 month. The ess rate ,complication ,clinic effects and the changes of ABI were investigated and :The total effective rate is %. No plication occurred. The clinical symptoms of all patients improved after treatment. The median ABI marginally increased from the baseline value of ± to ± after intervention,and ± after 30 :Catheter directed thrombolytic therapy is fit for acute arterial embolism of lower is an effect treatment.
