摘要:针对中煤龙化哈尔滨煤化工有限公司的鲁奇炉煤制气废水处理工程,介绍了废水的特点、工艺流程,分析了主要的构筑物、处理效果及其运行成本。结果表明外循环厌氧多级生化组合工艺是一种切实可行的煤制气废水处理技术路线。该工艺对煤制气废水的 COD、总酚、挥发酚和氨氮的去除率分别达到95%,97%,%和90%以上,其出水浓度分别为70-100 mg/L,5-10 mg/L,0- mg/L,5-15 mg/L。工艺的处理效果稳定且运行成本低,出水水质能够达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的一级标准。

Treatment of coal gasification wastewater in external circulation anaerobic and multi-stage biochemical processes

Abstract: With the Lurgi coal gasification wastewater treatment project in China Coal Longhua, Harbin Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., the wastewater characteristics and flow sheet of process were introduced and the main structures, treatment efficiency and operation cost were analyzed. The results indicated bined process of external circulation anaerobic reactor and multi-stage biochemical process was a practicable technology route for coal gasification wastewater treatment. The removal efficiencies of COD, total phenols, volatile phenols and ammonia nitrogen were above 95%, 97%, % and 90% and the effluent concentrations were in the range of 70-100 mg/L, 5-10 mg/L, 0- mg/L and 5-15 mg/L, respectively.
