〔摘要〕实践教学是高校医务社会工作专业教育中的重要环节,直接决定着所培养社工实践技能水平的高低。但由于缺乏
系统的效果评价机制,实践教学质量难以衡量和对比,这也成为制约医务社会工作专业深层发展的重要因素。实践教学效果
评价机制的构建,首先,必须确立一套完整科学的评价指标体系; 其次,还要建立能够保障其正常运行的监督、约束、考核等相
关配套体系。

Abstract Practice teaching is an important part of Medical Social Work professional education in Universities.
It determines the level of practice skill of social workers directly. However,due to the lack of system of effective-
ness evaluation mechanisms,It is difficult to measure parison of the quality of practice teaching. It has also
