环氧树脂是一种重要的热固性树脂,因其具有良好的综合性能和工艺性而在复合材料、胶黏剂和涂料行业中有着不可代替的作用。然而,其固化物脆性大、耐热性差难以满足日益发展的工程技术要求,限制了环氧树脂进一步应用。随着高新技术的不断发展,对环氧树脂提出了越来越高的要求,因而也就不断推动着高性能环氧树脂的研究开发。
本论文研究的三酚基甲烷缩水甘油醚是一种耐高温环氧树脂,这种树脂具有良好的韧性和加工性能,可广泛用于高性能复合材料、封装材料等领域。本文以苯酚和对羟基苯甲醛为原料合成三酚基甲烷,再以三酚基甲烷与环氧氯丙烷(ECH)缩合制备三酚基甲烷缩水甘油醚。通过不同条件的对比,得出制备三酚基甲烷缩水甘油醚的最佳工艺。选用酰亚胺作为固化剂,得到具有良好机械性能和粘接强度的耐高温环氧胶黏剂。
实验研究合成出了单体三酚基甲烷以及三酚基甲烷缩水甘油醚,并采用FTIR、HPLC、NMR等手段进行了表征,还对THPM单体的环氧值、熔点以及环氧树脂的剪切强度等基本性能进行了研究。同时创新性的发现并采用二氯甲烷和乙醇溶液来提纯THPM单体。,%。

Title Studies of Synthetic Techniques of Tri (4-hydroxyphe
nyl) Methane Glycidyl Ether with Phenol and Parahydroxy Benzaldehyde
Abstract
Epoxy resin is an important thermosetting resin .As we known that epoxy resins were widely used as adhesives and matrix resin posites. However, most thermosetting resin for many disadvantages, such as the great brittleness in the cured state and low heat-resistance, so it’s difficult to fit for the requirements of the developing engineering technology and restricts its application in some special occasion.
The article introduces tri(4-hydroxyphenyl) methane ether is a high temperature resistant epoxy resin .It has excellent tenacity and process ability, and it is widely used as high posite and encapsulation materials .The article mainly studies the syntheses of tri(4-hydroxyphenyl) methane with phenol and parahydroxy benzaldehyde tri(4-hydroxyphenyl) methane glycidyl ether with the tri(4-hydroxyphenyl) methane and chloropropane. Comparing the diffirent condition of the reaction, the optimum synthetic techniques of superior quatily of tri(4-hydroxyphenyl) methane glycidyl ether is temperature resistant epoxy adhesives had been proved to have good mechanical properties and bonding strength because bined the advantages of epoxy
