摘要
近十几年来,长三角地区经济一体化趋势明显,特别是进入21世纪以来,顺应全球范围内的区域经济一体化趋势,长三角地区经济一体化步伐明显加快。相对于经济一体化进程而言,区域内金融一体化远远不够,金融一体化发展速度缓慢、程度低浅、滞后现象比较严重,“金融抑制”问题突出。加快区域内金融一体化发展已成为影响长三角地区经济高速增长及地区产业升级的关键因素。“十一五”期间,以上海国际金融中心建设为契机,长三角金融一体化迅速发展。
在“长三角”地区推行金融一体化,不仅有利于长三角地区顺利实现产业转型,使长三角地区大力发展现代服务业的战略规划落到实处,也有利于“长三角”区域内各省市的经济发展。然而,由于“长三角”区域内部各省经济发展水平和金融化程度存在很大差异,行政区划导致人为割裂市场边界,容易滋生地方保护主义,区域合作机制不够健全,金融监管上存在壁垒,金融基础设施不够完善,等等问题,长三角金融一体化过程中必然存在种种困难,难以顺利推进。
虽然,“长三角”金融一体化面临诸多不利因素,但是,只要中央政府加强政策引导,区域内各级政府积极推动,金融监管机构改变监管模式,对金融基础设施进一步完善,加大创新力度,改善金融市场环境,“长三角”地区金融一体化的目标仍能有望成为现实,使长三角经济发展更加繁荣,上海国际金融中心的建设更加顺利。

Abstract
   Over the last decade, significant trends in the Yangtze River Delta regional economic integration, especially in the 21st century, comply with the global trend of regional economic integration, economic integration in Yangtze River Delta to speed up the pace significantly.
