The Application Study on Middle Water Reused by electro-Sorb technology

Abstract: The Electro-Sorb process was used for desalination of effluent in a reclaimed water plant,and the average rate of desalination is %;The average concentration of chloride of influent is mg/L,the results show that the average concentration of effluent is mg/L ,and the removal rate is %. The power consumption is , and the recovery rate is 76%. Therefor, application of Electro-Sorb Technology on Middle Water Reused pletely feasible in the reclaimed water plant.

岩东排水有限公司以“保护环境、净化水质、服务社会、促进发展”为宗旨,负责北仑城区的污水处理、再生水回用和承接污水处理设施的运行管理业务。,再生水主要用于宁波钢铁、台塑石化、宝新不锈钢厂、海螺水泥厂等大工业用水。再生水在这些企业主要用作冷却循环水,为提高循环冷却水的浓缩倍数,减少新鲜水补充量,降低运行费用,这些企业都对补充水中的氯离子含量和总含盐量提出了高于国家标准的要求。尽管目前再生水厂出水水质各项参数均满足国家标准《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920-2002)和《工业循环冷却水设计规范》(GB50050-95)中规定的回用水水质标准,但回用水用户提出了更高的水质标准,他们有权选择性价比优异的水源。对于岩东再生水厂来水说,氯离子含量超出用户要求已成为再生水回用的关键制约因素。为解决这个问题岩东排水有限公司拟将12万立方
