摘要:本文研究了热挤压铝模具(4Cr5Mosivl)两次回火弥散硬化热处理工艺,确定了其工艺是经1080±10℃奥氏体化温度+油淬+520℃×。并将它运用在实际生产中,取得了优良效果。

Abstract: The process of two times temper diffusion hardening heat treatment for hot pressing die have been studied in this process of 1080±10℃ ausenting temperature + oil quenching + 520℃× two times temper would be met the can get a ideal result in the application of the manufacture life of the die is abviously surface quality of aluminium tube products can be important influence of austeniting temperature of all treatment process,the effect of alloy elements on austeniting temperature of die steel,and excellent results of controlling the technology of austeniting temperature are discusses the two times diffusioning hardening mechanism,analysis reason of prevent brittleness breaking,the principle of two times hardening heat treatment and enhancing characteristics in the strength toughness of die by two times temper.
