分子膜驱油是一种新型的提高原油采收率技术。该项技术是在水驱过程中向地层注入分子膜剂溶液,利用阴阳离子的静电吸附反映特征,改变油层岩石表面的性质与原油的相互作用状态,使得原油易于剥落和流动而被驱替液驱替出来,达到提高采收率的目的。
本文首先对分子膜驱油方法展开充分研究,以掌握其应用机理,在此基础上,针对实验试剂进行实验。首先进行一系列性能评价实验,测定分子膜驱剂的接触角,分子膜剂的浸泡实验,测定其表面张力,静、动态驱油实验,长、短岩芯流动实验,筛选出效果较好的药品,进行后续实验,然后,对初选出的驱油剂进行室内驱替实验,进一步筛选,最后对分子膜驱油过程中的注入参数进行影响性评价实验,%的分子膜溶液浓度最为合适,其驱油效率可提高10%左右的结论。最后,研究分子膜驱油方法的优点,了解与普通驱油方法的差异,分析和预测分子膜驱油方法的前景和市场。

Abstract
Monolayer flooding is a new enhanced oil recovery techniques. The technology is in process of water flooding molecules injected into formation stripper solution using anion electrostatic adsorption characteristics reflect the changed nature of the reservoir rock surface interaction with the crude state, making the flow of crude oil is easy to peel and displacement fluid flooding out to achieve enhanced oil recovery purposes.
This article first mence flooding method adequately studied in order to grasp the mechanism of its application, on this basis, experimental reagents for experiments. Evaluation of the first series of experiments, determination of molecular film contact angle of flooding agent, film former molecules immersion test, the surface tension was measured, static, dynamic flooding experiments, long and short core flow experiment, the better the effect filter drugs for subsequent experiments, and then the primary drive of the indoor oil displacement experiments, further screening, the last of the oil recovery molecular film of injection parameters for impact evaluation experiments, the mass fraction of % monolayers most appropriate solution concentration, the displacement efficiency can be increased by about 10% of the conclusion. Finally, the study of molecular films flooding method has the advantage, understanding mon difference flooding method, analysis and forecasting methods of molecular films flooding the prospects and the market.
