摘要
过敏性紫癜是儿童中常见的一种疾病,是毛细管变态反应性疾病之一。目前为止,其发病机制尚未完全阐明。研究表明,过敏性紫癜主要是机体免疫异常造成的。体液免疫异常是HSP发病的主要机制,其中IgA起着重要作用;其次,细胞免疫异常,特别是T细胞异常,凝血机制、炎症细胞因子的参与等因素在其发病免疫学机制中也起着重要的作用。本文首先总体介绍了过敏性紫癜的免疫学机理,然后对起着的几个发病机制进行详细的综述,最后介绍了下中药干预对过敏性紫癜的治疗作用并对过敏性紫癜未来的治疗作了展望。

Abstract
Henoch-Schӧnlein Purpura is one of capillary allergic diseases, which is mon disease in children. Until now, its pathogenesis is pletely clear. Research shows, body dysimmunity is the main reason leads to Henoch-Schӧnlein Purpura. The primary mechanism is humoral immunity, and the IgA plays an important role. Then the others also play important roles, such as cellular immune abnormalities, especially the T cell abnormal, clotting mechanism, inflammatory cytokines involved in and so on. This thesis firstly introduces the immunological mechanism of Henoch-Schӧnlein Purpura, then the detail presentation of the mechanisms are given. Finally, traditional Chinese medicine intervention on the therapeutic effect of Henoch-Schӧnlein Purpura is simply introduced. And the Henoch-Schӧnlein Purpura future treatment are discussed.
