【摘要】目的:探讨连花清瘟胶囊在社区病毒性感冒治疗中的疗效。方法:以我社区在2015年7月〜2016年7月收治的124例木社区病毒性感冒患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将所有患者随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各62例。实验组患者口服连花清瘟胶囊进行治疗,对照组则口服强效感冒药进行治疗,持续治疗的时间均为3d。治疗结朿后比较两组患者治疗的总有效率及不良反应情况。结果:经治疗,%%,%%,且两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P?)。实验组2例患者出现头晕,1例患者山现恶心呕吐,%,对照组1例患者出现头晕,1例患者出现恶心呕吐,%,两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>)。结论:连花清瘟胶囊在治疗社区病毒性感冒时效果显著,安全性较高,值得今后临床应用及推广。
