摘要:现行市价法也称市场比较法,是根据目前公开市场上与被评估资产相似的或可比的参照物的价格来确定被评估资产的价格。应用现行市价法的前提条件是能找到与被评估资产相同或相似的资产,在资产评估中称其为参照物。通常与被评估资产完全相同的资产是很难找到的,这就要求对类似资产参照物进行调整。汽车作为资产的一个代表,也同样适用该方法,但在现实应用中,现行市价法存在着很多的制约因素,影响了该方法的策略。故本文通过对现行市价法的调查研究,对其制约因素的分析,确定一个合理评估车辆价值的方法。

Restricting factors and strategic research of current market value method
Abstract:Current market value method is also called the parison method, is according to the current open market to be assessed assets similar parable reference price to determine be evaluated the price of the assets. Application of current market value method of premise condition is to find and be evaluated assets the same or similar assets, in the assets evaluation says it for reference. Usually and be evaluated assets identical assets are hard to find, it is required to adjust similar assets reference. Car as a representative of the assets, also be suitable for this method, but in real applications, the current market price method exist a lot of restricting factors, the influence of the method of strategy. So this article through to current market value method of investigation and research, its restricting factors analysis, to determine a reasonable evaluation method of vehicle value.

1 前言
二手车的价格评估方法是确定二手车评估值的具体手段与途径。从评估对象的角度来看,二手车属于固定资产机器设备的一类产品,故同其他资产评估一样,也应遵循资产评估的一般理论,总体而言分为重要成本法、收益现值法、现行市价法和清算价格法这4种基本方法。作为国有资产的二手车,还应遵守《国有资产评估管理办法》的规定,然而,二手车作为一类资产,又有别于其他类资产,有其自身的特点。如它的单位价值大,使用时间长;使用强度、使用条件、维护水平差异很大;政策性强,使用管理严格,税费附加值高。由于二手车自身的这些特点,在对二手车进行评估时,不能完全照搬资产评估的方法,必须结合二手车的实际情况,以技术鉴定为基础,以资产评估理论为指导灵活处理,从而使二手车评估能够更加客观、准确地反映二手车的价值,并且具有一定的可操作性。
