文档介绍:振动与冲击第卷第期JOURNAL OF AND SHOCK Vol. 31 2012 船舶主机气囊隔振技术对中控制策略研究卡文俊,何琳(海军工程大学振动与噪声研究所,武汉) 摘要:针对气囊隔振器应用于船舶主机低频隔振面临的如何保证轴系对中精度技术难题,开展其对中控制策略研究。建立了对中状态响应特性分析模型,为解决该分析模型计算输入参数难以精确获取的问题,提出一种伪灵敏度分析方法。基于控制对象伪灵敏度矩阵,研究出可行的对中控制策略。应用该控制策略可使得控制系统在多目标、强搞合条件下,以良好的动态工作性能实现高精度对中控制,并保持装置承载力的均匀分配。关键词:船舶主机;气袭隔振器;对中控制策略中图分类号文献标识码AAlignment control straegy for an air spring mounting system of marine propulsion engine BU WenjunHE Lin (Research Inst. of Vibration & Noise, NavaI Univ. of Engineering, Wuhan 430033, China) Abstract: Alignment control strategy was studied to ensure shaft alignment precision when an air spring was used in marine propulsion engine vibration isolation. A model of alignment response analysis was presented. Pseudo-sensitivity analysis method was put forward to solve the difficulty of gaining accurate input parameters. An alignment control strategy was proposed based on a pseudo-sensitivity matrix. Using this control strategy, the control system had high alignment control precIslOn, good dynamic performance and uniform load distribution under multi -object and strong coupling condition. Key words: marine propulsion engine; air spring; alignment control strategy 气囊隔振器具有固有频率低、蠕变小等优点。将其应用于船舶主机隔振是一条有效的低频隔振技术途径由于难以有效保持装置长期工作过程中良好的轴系对中状态,根据己查阅的文献,将气囊隔振器直接应用于船舶主机隔振的研究开展较少。目前船舶主机隔振系统普遍选用刚度相对较大的隔振器来保证装置在外界扰动力作用下的轴系对中精度但对低频振动隔离效果并不理想。气囊隔振器应用于船舶主机低频隔振难以长期保持较好的轴系对中状态主要有两方面原因①固有频率低,相比同等承
