湖南省常德市第一中医医院妇产科湖南常德415000 【摘要】目的:探究盆腔炎的临床治疗中盐酸左氧***沙星的应用效果和安全性。方法:2014年10月至2015年10月期间,我院妇科选取治疗的盆腔炎患者130 例作为研究对象,根据患者进入我院接受治疗的先后顺序进行分组,其中单号设置为对照组,双号设置为观察组,对照组患者在治疗中应用青霉素钠进行抗炎治疗,观察组患者则应用盐酸左氧***沙星进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果:%%,差异显著符合统计学评估标准(P<),同时观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异显著符合统计学评估标准(P<)。结论:在盆腔炎患者的临床治疗中应用盐酸左氧***沙星能够显著提升患者的临床治疗效果,同时降低患者的临床治疗不良反应,值得在临床上推广应用。
