摘要:
经过改革开放 30 余年的快速发展,发达地区小城镇在经历了数量增加和规模扩张后,目前进
入了质量提升的新阶段,同时也逐渐暴露出许多新问题,迫切需要新一轮体制改革和发展对策,
以促进小城镇进一步成长和持续发展。本文选取广州小城镇作为研究对象,概括了其总体发展
现状,总结了小城镇在广州大都市区经济社会发展中的重要地位,分析了影响广州小城镇进一
步成长和快速发展的突出问题,最后从体制改革、发展模式、科学规划以及保障政策等方面提
出了广州小城镇发展的对策。

Abstract:With the rapid development since reform and opening in the past 30 years, the towns of developed
region have undrgone the new phase of quality promotion while serious problem have been exposed in
their development process. In order to solve those problems and adapt to subsequent development, the new
system reform and support strategies are needed. This paper has chosen the towns in Guangzhou for case
study, summarize the overall current situation and important status in Guangzhou Metropolitant Area
and analyses the problem which may limit towns′self-growing and rapid development. Finally, the author
