12w大功率LED筒灯设计

摘要:近年以来随着半导体材料生长技术与器件封装工艺的进步,大功率LED灯的发光效率及可靠性得到了很大的提高。但是由于LED的外观,驱动电路的设计,发光特性和透镜的选择等与传统灯源不同,使得现有的供电和照明系统无法完全适用于LED。所以如何对LED灯进行外形,驱动电路,透镜选择等光学系统,散热,结构的设计,对发挥大功率LED灯的潜能,促进整个半导体照明产业的发展以及促进人民生活质量的提高具有不可或缺的作用。
本文首先介绍了LED灯的概念,原理,实质及照明灯具产业的发展现状及意义,阐述了照明理论与灯具设计基础;针对12w大功率LED筒灯驱动电路的以及其他的设计,本文采用比较,思考,分析,计算的方法,不断进行修改,不断进行改进,最终在满足12w大功率以及确定外观,散热,透镜等的设计的条件下尽可能达到经济简单,为大功率LED筒灯产业的更进一步发展,做出自己的贡献。

Design of 12w high power LED lamp
Abstract:In recent years with the development of semiconductor material growth technology and device packaging technology advances, the luminous efficiency and reliability of high-power LED lamp has been greatly improved. But because of the appearance LED, driving circuit design, different luminescence characteristics and the selection of lens and traditional light source, the existing power supply and lighting system can not be fully applicable to the LED. So how to LED lamp shape, drive circuit, the selection of lens optical system, cooling, structure design, the use of high-power LED lamp potential, promote the development of semiconductor lighting industry and has an important role to promote the improvement of quality of downlight is embedded into the ceiling light beam lighting.
This paper first introduces the concept of LED lamps, the principles, development status and significance of essence and lighting industry, expounds the theory basis of lighting and lighting design; and then discusses the design idea of 12W high power LED tube light, according to the 12W high power LED lamp drive circuit and other design, this paper parative, thinking, analysis, continuous improvement, and ultimately to meet 12W high power as well as to determine the appearance, heat dissipation, reducing the manpower and material consumption, to make its own contribution.
