H2S分解制氢技术研究进展

[摘要] H2 S 分解制氢可充分利用石油化工、煤化工及天然气化工等生产过程中产生的 H2 S 废气, 不仅解决环境污染问题, 还可
避免采用 C laus工艺处理 H2 S废气时氢资源的浪费。对 H2 S 分解制氢的工艺过程和技术进展进行了综述,包括高温热分解法、催
化热分解法、超绝热分解法、电化学法、化学法、等离子体法、光化学与光催化法等,分析和阐述了各工艺的特点和优缺点。光催化
H2 S 分解制氢工艺条件缓和,能耗低,可利用丰富、廉价的太阳能资源,是一种有开发前景的工艺路线。

[ Abstract] The H2 S position p rocess for hydrogen p roduction takes full advantage of industrial
w aste H2 S p roduced in petroleum , coal and natural gas industry. It not only can solve environm ental
p roblem s, but also avoid the w aste of hydrogen resource resulting from C laus p rocesse. The m ain
technologies for H2 S position for hydrogen p roduction, including high tem perature therm olysis,
catalytic therm olysis, superadiabatic therm olysis, electrochem ical, chem ical, p lasm a chem ical,
photochem ical & photocatalytic positions, etc. , w ere introduced. Their characteristics,
