微波辅助提取小麦麸皮总黄酮技术研究

摘要:目的研究应用微波辅助提取麦麸中的黄酮类化合物。方法通过单因素及正交试验得到从小麦麸皮中提
取总黄酮的最佳工艺。结果最佳工艺为微波功率 560 W,微波辐照 60 s, 乙醇浓度 80 %,料液比1∶20。此
工艺总黄酮提取率为 ‰。结论微波辅助提取小麦麸皮总黄酮是一种经济有效的方法。

Study on Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Wheat Bran with Microwave-aided Extraction

Abstract:Objective To extract total flavonoids from wheat bran with microwave-aided extraction method.
Methods The optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids was defined by single factor and orthogonal tests.
Results The optimal extraction technology was as follows: microwave power of 560 W, microwave irradiation for
60 s, 80 % ethanol, the ratio of material to liquid of 1∶20. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of total
flavonoids was ‰. Conclusion The microwave-aided extraction is an economical and efficient method for the
extraction of total flavonoids from wheat bran.

黄酮类化合物是存在于自然界的一大类化合物, 的类黄酮用于抗衰老、抗癌有一定的功效[3]。鉴于
具有降低心肌耗氧量,增加冠状动脉、脑血管流小麦麸皮的资源优势,开发利用麦麸中的黄酮类化
量,降血糖,降血脂,抗氧化,消除体内自由基, 合物具有重要的现实意义[4]。
