医学院校卫生法学专业课程设置探讨

摘要本文通过研究我国医学院校卫生法学专业课程设置的现状,剖析了卫生法学专业课程设置中存在的课程名称不明
确、课程内容不合理、研究认识不统一、教学组织及实施不一致等问题。针对这些问题,从优化卫生法学专业课程结构、编
写高质量卫生法学教材、改革卫生法学教学方法、加强卫生法学师资培养、扩展卫生法学研究活动五个方面提出了完善卫生
法学课程设置的对策建议。

Discuss on Curriculum Design System of Health Law in Medical Universities

Abstract Through studying the current situation of curriculum design of health law in China’s medical universities, the article
analyzed questions in curriculum design of health law major, which mainly embodied in the uncertainty in curriculum name,
unreasonableness in curriculum contents, Inconsistency in research understanding and Inconsistency in anization and
Implementation. Aiming at those questions, author put forward proposes and suggestions on perfecting curriculum design system
of health law major in terms of optimizing curriculum structure, compiling high quality textbooks, reforming teaching methods,
strengthening teacher training and expanding research work.

从20世纪80年代开始,卫生法学作为一门新兴的法校开设的专业选修课和非专业选修课;实践课程指各种
律学科不断发展。目前全国大部分医学院校都设置了卫社会实践课。在这些课程设置中,主干课程、选修课程
生法学专业。但从全国的实践来看,医学院校卫生法学和实践课程都存在较大问题。
专业课程设置比较混乱,影响了卫生法学教育的发展和主干课程中的法学类课程一般是14门核心课程加专
