Improvement of Saline-alkali Soil and Rice Cultivation Technology in Northern
Yinchuan of Ningxia

Abstract:Based on the present situation of the progress in the improvement and utilization of saline-alkali soil in the north-
ern Yinchuan of Ningxia, this paper focused on the discussion of improved management techniques of rice cultivation includ-
ing water engineering measures,agronomic measures,and physical and chemical improvement measures after an introduction to
mon technical measures for improving saline-alkali soil. Existing problems in improving saline-alkali soil in Ningxia
were also discussed.
