我国养老保险投资运营的思考与完善策略
摘要:
本文通过对我国现有养老保险基本情况进行分析,发现了我国现行养老保险制度中存在的一些问题:投资渠道单一、个人“空账”问题、人口老龄化问题使得无法满足养老保险基金刚性调节增长的需求。同时养老保险基金统筹层次低,阻碍了实现养老公平性,阻碍了劳力的合理流动。由于缺乏有养老保险基金缺乏有效的监管,使得不少地方政府存在基金挪用、资金运作效率低下的现象。通过加强基金管理水平、切实做到保值增值,对缓解养老保险基金支付压力,提高统筹层次、加强监管,保证我稳运行有着重要的作用。

Title Operational thinking and perfecting endowment insurance investment strategy in China
Abstract
This article through to our country existing endowment insurance basic situation analysis, discovered some of the problems existing in the current endowment insurance system in China, single investment channel, personal "empty account", population ageing problems that can't meet the needs of endowment insurance fund rigid regulation of growth. Endowment insurance fund at the same time as a whole level is low, hindered the implementation endowment fairness, hindered the rational flow of labor. Because of the lack of pension insurance fund is lack of effective supervision, which many local governments phenomenon of low efficiency of fund appropriation, capital operation. By strengthening funds management level, to achieve the value, to alleviate the pressure of the endowment insurance fund pays, improve the overall level, strengthen supervision, to ensure the smooth running of basic endowment insurance system in China has an important role.
