黄芩苷磷脂复合物制备工艺的研究

摘要:目的:考察黄芩苷与磷脂形成磷脂复合物的最佳工艺条件。方法:以黄芩苷与磷脂的结合百分率为评
价指标,采用单因素考察和正交设计试验进行系统的研究,考察了反应溶剂类型、药物与磷脂投料比例、药物浓
度、反应时间、反应温度等因素对磷脂复合物形成的影响。结果:确定了黄芩苷磷脂复合物的最佳制备条件,即
在55℃下以四氢呋喃为反应溶剂,黄芩苷与大豆磷脂最佳比例为1:2,,反应时
间为1h。结论:黄芩苷磷脂复合物的形成受溶剂类型、反应物浓度和反应温度的影响较大;文章所确定的工艺稳
定可行。

Abstract: Objective: To study the optimum conditions for the formation of plex with phospholipids.
Methods: A reasonable criterion of accurate evaluation was established by testing the reaction solvent type, temperature, time, the
ratio of baicalin to phospholipid and the concentration of reactants were examined and the orthographic design was used and the
best preparation technology was determined. Results: The optimized preparation conditions for baicalin phytosomes were obtained
as follows: Solvent was tetrahydrofyran. The ratio of baicalin to phospholipid was 1 to 2. The temperature was 55℃. The reaction
