摘要
本文是在加入WTO的大背景下,以优化河北省出口商品结构和提升产业结构为主要研究目的。通过对该省出口商品结构和产业结构的现状和存在问题的分析,结合加入WTO对该省外贸出口和各产业的影响,运用国际贸易和产业经济学等学科的相关理论,提出了相应的对策措施。尤其运用灰色关联分析的数学模型分析了河北省出口主要产业与外贸出口的关联程度,并在此基础上提出了确立主导产业。本文的研究对于入世后河北省出口商品结构的优化以及产业结构的升级有重要的现实意义,为河北省经济决策提供了有益的参考,对于其它省份和地区也有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。

ABSTRACT
This paper aims to study optimization of modity structure and upgrade of industrial structure in Heibei province under the WTO. The current situation and problem on modity and industrial structure are analyzed and the WTO influences on export and all kinds of industries are also studied. By utilizing the relevant theories of international trade and industry economics, corresponding measures are put forward in this paper. Mathematics model of gray relevant analysis is used to study the main export industries and their relevance with international trade and to propose its leading industry in Heibei province. The study has a practical meaning to optimization of modities structure and promotion of industrial structure and provides useful suggestions on economic decisions in Heibei as well as the other provinces and regions.
