现代物流从形成到发展已经几十年,以中心城市为主的区域经济和区域物流的发展却异常缓慢。国内区域物流发展的严重滞后,直接减缓了国内经济全球化的进程。发展现代物流对于优化经济结构、改善投资环境和提高地区经济整体竞争力有战略性的意义,基于这一点,我们应该从区域物流自身实践与发展中不断深入,要求迅速建立与区域相适应的仓储与运输系统理论。
本论文分析了区域物流现在存在的仓储系统与运输系统之间的资源分配问题,并对其进行细致的剖析,从区域的自然条件和影响因素,提出适合该区域经济发展的可行的优化策略。通过实际案例对所提出的理论研究进行理论验证,从而在一定程度上完善我国区域物流发展的理论体系,对我国现代化物流的健康发展尽自己的绵薄之力,并且期望我国经济发展更加迅速,从而加快经济全球化的脚步。

Abstract
Although modern logistics has several decades from formation to development, the development of regional economy the regional logistics whose center city of is surprisingly slow. The serious lag of domestic regional logistics development slows directly to the process of the domestic economy globalization. The development of modern logistics has strategic significance for optimizing economic structure, improving the investment environment and improving the petitiveness of the economy of the region and based on this, we should from regional logistics’ own practice in development and deepening and require to develop the storage and transport system theory adaptation of regional quickly.
This paper analyses the problems of resource allocation between the existing storage system and transport system of the regional logistics, and its detail, put forward the suitable for the regional economic development feasible optimization strategy from regional natural conditions and the influencing factors. Through the actual case of this theory research of theory, then the regional logistics development perfect our country's theory system of our country to a certain extent, the healthy development of modern logistics do our bit, and expect the more rapid economic development in our country, so as to speed up the steps of economic globalization.
