摘要
近十几年来,以计算机为工具、以数学规划论为理论基础发展起来的优化设计方法在机械工程设计中得到了广泛应用。但是,将优化设计与计算机辅助制图相结合,实现参数优化与自动自动化结构设计的应用软件还不多见。带式输送机是当前最重要的散状物料输送设备之一,驱动装置是它的关键部件,先进的带式输送机驱动装置不仅对整机运行性能影响显著,而且对带式输送机的制造和使用维护成本具有决定性作用。为了进一步提高其整体设计质量,缩短设计周期,降低设计与制造成本,实现优化设计与三维参数化建模的自动化和一体化,对带式输送机可控变速装置的优化设计方法及参数化建模方法进行深入系统的研究,具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。本文针对带式输送机可控变速装置的结构特点,认真研究了以下三个方面的问题:(1)基于带式输送机可控变速装置的工作原理和功能要求,对其进行了运动学、动力学分析、传动效率分析以及蜗杆传动机构的传动特性分析。(2)结合可控变速装置机械传动系统主要组成零件大都已经标准化的特点,以传动系统总体积为目标函数,以取离散值或整型值的参数为设计变量,并从几何约束和性能约束两方面给出了约束条件,建立了可控变速装置离散优化设计的数学模型。采用改进枚举法进行优化计算,获得了比较合理的结构参数值。(3)以Visual ,编制优化计算程序,并以 SolidWorks的三维建模功能为基础,实现了带式输送机可控变速装置的参数优化与三维自动建模的一体化设计。

Abstract
In recent decades, the optimization design method that grew from puter as tool and mathematical programming as method has been widely used in mechanical design, structural design, chemical engineering, aviation, shipbuilding and other fields. The Belt Conveyor is one of the most important transportation facilities that carries dispel goods, and driving device is its key part. In order to further improve its overall design quality, shorten design cycle, reduce design and manufacturing costs, realize automatization and integration of optimization design and three-dimensional parametric modeling, this thesis has studied on optimization design and parametric modeling methods of Controlled Speed Drive of the Belt Conveyor, in virtue of SolidWorks2007 and program language Visual which object oriented and visual oriented as a secondary developed tool. The main content included as follow: Firstly, kinematics, dynamics and transmission character of the Controlled Speed Drive has been analyzed; Secondly, Considering the features that most parts of mechanical transmission device of the Controlled Speed Drive have been standardized, discrete mathematical model is established, taking the total volume of drive system as the objective function, discrete values or integer values of
