基于油气量的电力变压器故障诊断研究—故障特征分析
摘要
本毕业设计基于油中气体的电力变压器故障诊断研究,重点针对变压器故障特征进行研究。对变压器故障进行总结、归类、分析;电力变压器故障检测主要有电气量检测和化学检测方法。化学检测主要是通过变压器油中特征气体的含量、产气速率和三比值法进行分析判断,它对变压器的潜伏性故障及故障发展程度的早期发现具有有效性。具体应用中要根据故障或缺陷的不同发展阶段,采用不同的分析方法,结合设备的实际运行状况及外部电气试验数据,充分发挥油化学检测的灵敏性,正确评判设备状况或制定针对性的检修策略。实际应用过程中,为了更准确的诊断变压器的内部故障,色谱分析应根据设备历史运行状况、特征气体的含量等采用不同的分析模型确定设备运行是否属于正常或存在潜伏性故障以及故障类别。

Abstract
The graduation design based on the oil gas power transformer fault diagnosis research, focusing on characteristics of transformer faults. Summary of transformer faults, classification and analysis; power transformer fault detection are the amount of testing of electrical and chemical detection methods. Chemical detection of the main characteristics of transformer oil by gas content, gas production rate and the three ratio method analysis to determine its potential transformer failures and failures of the early level of development found to have validity. Specific application failure or defects according to different stages of development, using different analytical methods, combined with the actual operational status of equipment and external electrical test data, give full play to the sensitivity of the oil chemical tests, the correct evaluation equipment maintenance status or the development of targeted strategy. The actual application process, more accurate diagnosis for transformer internal fault, chromatographic analysis should be based on equipment history operating conditions, characteristics of gas content analysis model using different equipment operation to determine whether there are normal or latent failures and failure categories.
