人力资本与企业核心竞争力相关关系研究
摘要
企业的核心竞争力是使企业能够可持续发展的核心性竞争能力。企业的核心竞争力包含了企业知识和技术等各项能力的水平,而知识和技术等各项能力的载体又归根于人。那么一个企业所拥有的人力资本就成为了企业核心竞争能力提高的关键。企业人员的素质需要企业文化的影响,一个企业的核心竞争力能否为它凝聚有力的人才,又从根本上取决于企业原本拥有的人力资本。本篇文章主要从人力资本与企业核心竞争力联系着手,分析人力资本对于企业核心竞争力的影响。同时又从企业核心竞争力方面来解析人力的资本的发展,进而逐层剖析两者之间的关系力使让读者获取不一样的信息。

Relationship of Human Capital and petitiveness of Enterprises
ABSTRACT
The petitiveness of enterprises is to enable enterprises to sustainable development the petitiveness. Enterprise's petitive power has contained the enterprise knowledge and the technology and so on each ability level, but the knowledge and the technology and so on each ability carrier sums up in the human. Then an enterprise has the human capital has e the key which enterprise petitive ability enhances. The quality of the personnel required enterprise business culture, the impact of an enterprise petitiveness it can be to gather strong talent, and fundamentally depends on the enterprise may have human capital. This article primarily from human capital and petence of enterprise linkages, analysing the impact of human capital for the enterprise's petitiveness. At the same time and from the petitiveness of enterprises to resolve human capital development, and then layer by layer analysis of both the relationship between force readers to obtain the same information.
