水解酸化-SBR 工艺处理糖厂废水的中试研究

摘要:本论文针对糖厂的混和废水处理问题,采用水解酸化-SBR 工艺对混和废水进行处理,经中试运行结果表明:当水力停留
时间(HRT)为 4 h,进水废水化学需氧量(COD)为 1000 mg/L 时,首先利用水解酸化工艺处理则混合废水的 COD 去除率可达到 25%;然
后经循环周期为 8 h 的序批式活性污泥法(SBR)处理能保证 COD 去除率达到 90%。混和废水经本试验设计的工艺处理后可以达到污
水综合排放标准。

Pilot-scale Study on the Treatment of Mixed Wastewater of Sugar Refinery
by Hydrolysis Acidification-SBR Process

Abstract: The mixed wastewater of sugar refinery was treated using the hydrolysis acidification-SBR process. The pilot-scale experiment
showed that, when hydraulic detention time (HRT) was 4 hour and chemical oxygen demand (COD) of Influent water was 1000 mg/L, the COD
of effluent wastewater decreased 25% using the hydrolysis-acidification. After the 8 hour processing of Sequencing batch reactor (SBR), the
COD of effluent wastewater decreased to 90%. After this processing, the indexes of mixed wastewater can reach the standards of integrated
wastewater discharge.
