摘要
油田配电网是电力行业的耗能大户,研究提高油田电网的运行效率、降低油田供电网损耗的科学方法对确保油田的正常生产、提高油田的经济效益有着重要的现实意义。在石油开采的可控制成本构成中,电力消耗居于首位,油田配电网在完成电能的传输的过程中,同时也产生大量的电能损失。因此,减少油田配电网的能耗损失是一项非常重要的工作。
油田抽油机拖动装置大部分应用的是异步电动机,抽油机负载交变,使电机低负荷运行时间长,负载率、功率因数低,起动力矩大等特点。起动力矩是抽油机选配电机的第一要素,当起动力矩适用则负载功率必然匹配不佳,运行负载功率都远小于电机的额定功率。过剩的抽油能力令抽油机的无功抽取时间增加,造成油井开采的电费成本居高不下,能源浪费十分严重。
本文利用MATLAB /SPS强大的仿真和和计算功能,对油田配电网进行可视化的仿真,通过参数的变化分析油田配电网输电线功率损耗情况。从油田配电网负荷的实际情况出发,在研究油田配电网节能降耗措施发展现状和总结前人经验的基础上,提出的利用负荷波动节约电能的研究。油田抽油机负荷为周期的连续变化的接近正弦的周期函数,为了减少输电线上的有功损耗,改变抽油机负载波动的初相位,减少输电线路上的有功波动,以达到有功节能的目的。

Abstract
The power work of oil field uses huge energy in power on improving the efficiency of the oil field power grid has important practical in reducing the loss of oil work of the scientific method to ensure the normal production of oilfields,improving the economic benefits of oilfield has important practical significance, improving the economic benefits of oilfield. The control cost in oil production ,power consumption in the first place,Oilfield work in the process plete electrical energy transmission produces large amounts of electric energy loss at the same time . Therefore,reducing energy consumption of oilfield work loss is a very important work.
Most oil field pumping unit drive apparatus application of asynchronous motor, pumping unit load alternating, make the motor long time of operation under low load, load rate, low power factor, big starting torque, etc. Starting torque is the primary factor in the pumping unit matching motor, when starting torque applied load power is bound to the match, and run the load power is far less than the rated power of motor. Excess pumping capacity increase in reactive extraction time of pumping unit and oil well drilling of electricity costs is high, energy waste is very serious.
