随着全球经济一体化进程步伐的不断加快,农产品国际市场竞争日趋激烈•中国是农业大国,农业在国民经济中的基础战略地位非常重要。面对更加开放的国际环境和国内经济社会发展过程中出现的新情况、新矛盾,如何有效破解“三农”难题,迅速提高农业产业竞争力,探索一条适合中国国情又符合农业发展规律的道路,事关我国经济社会持续稳定健康发展的大局和全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的顒利实现,具有特别突出的现实意义和重大的理论研究价值,因而成为中央和各级地方政府高度重视的“热点”、“难点”问题,也是国内相关领域专家学者广泛关注、长期研究,但至今尚未很好解决的重大理论课题.
《我国农业产业集群发展模式研究》是作者在对国内外产业集群理论研究成果和实证综合研究的基础上,“钻石模型”、产业集群等理论成果, 结合自己的农业科技管理实践,以理论研究和实证对比分析相结合的方式,对我国农业产业集群发展的现状、宏观环境和内部制约因素进行了认真全面的思考》对有利条件和劣势做了较为系统的分析,并从有关方面傲了较为充分的论证:在此基础上,得出了我国农处发展应采用产业集群发展模式的结论,并提出了“主体关键要素模型”:针对我国农业领域理论界和实践中存在的认识误区,进一步明确提出了我国农业产业集群发展要正确处理与农业产业化、农业工业化和农村城镇化发展之间关系的观点:作为对《主体关键要素模型”的补充,以增加可操作性, 还提出了相应的对策建议.
本文分五个部分,第一章从农业产业集群的概念介绍入手,对农业产业集群的研究方法进行了比较,对国内外的相关研究作了综合性论述;第二章简要论述了我国农业产业集群发展的历程、现状和存在的主要问题:第三章为我国农业产业集群发展模式研究的基础分析,就我国农业产业发展的宏观环境与内部条件进行了较为详尽的分析,并对我国农业产业集群发展的主要因素、发展模式的作闻机理等作了陈述:第四章是“主体关键要素模型”:最后一聿为实施农业集群发展战略的具体对策建议,其框架基本按照本文提出的模型理论,结合我国农业发展实际提出的.

How to deal with the thrce-agro difficulties effectively, and quickly lift up petitiveness of the Chinese agricultural industry, and explore a suitable toad of the agricultural industry development ,arc crucial issues to maintain a socially and politically static, healthy situation continuously, and to smoothly realize goal of a initial wealthy society in 2020s for Chinese smeat and scholars.
