摘要
以市售奶茶为原料,本文采用沸水冲泡法和酸浸法两种方法,,用离子选择电极法测定奶茶中的氟含量,校准曲线回归方程为 E = --, (r2=)。%-%之间,通过大量的奶茶中氟的测定,认为奶茶中酸溶性氟含量要比水溶性氟高,酸溶性氟含量更接近奶茶全氟含量。
关键词:奶茶;离子选择电极法;氟含量

Abstract
With the sold milk tea as raw materials. Fluoride content of fluoride ion selective electrode method for the determination of tea, this paper uses two methods of boiling water method and acid leaching method , at pH under the conditions of ion-selective electrode determination of fluoride content in tea, The calibration curve regression equation E = -- (r2 = ). Method of standard addition recoveries between % -%, the determination of fluorine through a lot of tea, that the acid-soluble fluoride content in tea than water-soluble fluoride, acid-soluble fluoride content close to the total fluoride content of the tea.
