摘要
温度是工业生产过程中测控的重要参数之一,在国防、军事、科学试验及工农业生产过程中,温度的测量和控制具有十分重要的作用。尤其在航天、材料、能源、冶金、化工等领域中,温度测量占有极重要的地位。在材料学领域里,由于温度是影响材料的组织结构和性能的一个十分重要的工艺参数,精确有效地检测和控制温度,特别是在材料研究中,实现高精度测量,是十分有意义的。近年来温度计量方面的发展大致集中于在温度计量及仪表中采用高新技术,尤其是信息技术以及在有特殊要求、传统技术难以解决的测温场合进行重点应用研究和探索。
随着手机应用资费的不断下调及其通信网络的不断完善,应用手机短消息来进行远程监控具有很广阔的应用前景,使用GSM短消息来传递数据信息也是近年来遥测遥控发展领域中的热门技术。某些测温设备位于环境恶劣的野外或是在无人值守的条件下,如果在数据的传输部分加装GSM短消息模块,便可利用GSM公用网组成的传输系统,使系统的可靠性、抗干扰性、稳定性、可维护性、功能扩展性等方面具有明显的优越性,并可降低运营成本和劳动强度。
本系统是根据实际需要,利用手机,通过GSM网络对工业设备环境温度实行远程无线监测,以实现工业设备运行的智能化,现代化。温度信号的获取由典型数字温度传感器DS18B20对工业设备或所监测的环境温度进行监测采集,并将采集到的数据传输给单片机进行分析处理后,通过控制GSM通信模块TC35i,针对异常信号自动发送报警信息给远程用户,从而实现准确、实时的远程温度监测。
